Corrections from a Reference Weight

FL = 370

Fuel Correction = 103 kg/1000kg above or below the reference landing weight.

If weight is ABOVE the reference weight then ADD

If weight is BELOW the reference weight then SUBTRACT

Optimum Altitude is the cruise altitude for minimum cost, minimum fuel burn, and therefore leading to maximum range.
It changes throughout the flight, dependent on numerous factors, one of these is aircraft weight.
By using the optimum altitude you will achieve the desired route with minimal cost so in this case it may be the lowest fuel consumption.
