Tryvann Vinterpark. The Oslo area's main ski resort. Only 20 minutes from downtown Oslo. It has 14 slopes and 7 lifts. Activities are alpine skiing, snowboarding, telemark skiing, special area for children and beginners, terrain park and halfpipe. Challenges for all ages; children, youngsters and adults will all find suitable slopes. Oslo Vinterpark Tryvann is located 523 metres above sea level. Normally open from mid-November to April. It has evening skiing 5 days a week until 22:00, and floodlight in all the slopes. The longest run is 1400 meters, total drop is 381 meters.
