TOBT Update

Verified by Ground handling company at the latest 30 MIN before planned TOBT (indicates the time of completion of all activities with ACFT ready for start-up/push-back).

Departure Clearance

IFR flights urged to use Datalink Departure Clearance (DCL)

DCL is available 30 mins before TOBT/EOBT

Jet ACFT receiving a PROP-SID shall verify this at first call to GARDERMOEN Ground

Ensure that SID and RWY are in accordance with received clearance.

Revert to voice if DCL is not accepted within 5 MIN.

If unable to utilize DCL contact delivery (east/west as applicable) for ATC clearance.

Earliest request can be 30 minutes before anticipated engine start-up (TOBT).

Specify on first call stand number and if de-icing is required.

Push and Start:

Request push and start from Delivery when ready (doors closed and tug connected) within TOBT +/- 5 MIN.

If required ATC will give a TSAT (Target Start-up Approval Time).

If not ready within TOBT +/- 5 MIN, update the TOBT for ATC to set a new TSAT.

Thereafter maintain a listening watch on delivery frequency (in case of revided TSAT).

TSAT takes into account taxi time, de-icing (if necessary) and CTOT.

Be ready for engine start on TSAT or inform Delivery if not possible.

Delivery will transfer to Ground for Push and Start.

For Start up positions see 10-1P3/4 Section 3.2.1

Transponder:

Transponder ON / TCAS OFF from request for push-back or taxi, whichever is earlier (basically before any a/c movement).

De-Icing:

On first contact to Delivery, report if de-icing is required.

De-icing stand is assigned by the de-ice coordinator.

Monitor last assigned ATC frequency during deicing.

De-icing is completed with a message from the de-ice coordinator (via RTF). The message includes:
    => ACFT callsign.

    => De-icing details.

    => Phrase "Equipment removed".

Request for taxi shall be forwarded to ATC (specifying callsign and de-ice stand).

Do not move until "all clear signal" (thumbs up) is given from ground crew and taxi instructions are received from ATC.

Monitor de-ice coordinator frequency until leaving the de-icing platform.

CTOT:

Be ready for take-off at the RWY holding point not later than the CTOT (Calculated Take-Off Time).

Request a new CTOT if reuired via the airline operator or the handling agent.

If waiting for CTOT and wishing to leave the parking stand, you may request "Push and hold" to Delivery.

"Push and hold" implies waiting at a different location at the aerodrome.

Noise Abatement:

Rwy 01R = NADP-1 (Thrust reduction at 800, Acceleration at 3000)

Rwy 01L, 19R/L = NADP-2 (Acceleration at 800 to min clean speed, Thrust reduction, Acceleration at 3000 to enroute climb speed)
